Application Procedure

For Waterproofing Systems:

1. Roll out and cut the ArmTec Mesh to size, overlapping pieces by at least 5cm.
2. Apply an even layer of HyperFlex and embed the mesh.
3. Allow the layer to dry, then reinforce corners and turnips with StretchSeal Membrane embedded in Repello.
4. Apply the first layer of HydroSeal HF, followed by a second layer once dry.
5. For tile or stone finishes, apply a top coat of DampEnd to make the surface tile-ready.

For Concrete & Plastering Applications:

1. Apply an even layer of HyperFlex.
2. While the product is still fresh, lay the ArmTec Mesh on the surface and press it gently with a trowel to embed it.
3. Allow the layer to dry, then apply a second layer of HyperFlex if required.
4. Once dry, the mesh system can be plastered or covered with concrete.
