SealPro HydroSeal HF is a versatile, high-performance acrylic waterproofing coating designed to provide long-lasting protection for a wide range of surfaces, including concrete roof slabs, parapet walls, tiled roofs, balconies, ponds, and more. This flexible, synthetic co-polymer coating forms a seamless, durable membrane that seals joints, covers fine cracks, and withstands both positive and negative hydrostatic pressure.

HydroSeal HF is ideal for waterproofing flashings, chimney cappings, roof joints, and screws, as well as repairing pitched roofs. It can also be used in damp-proofing systems and is suitable for permanently wet conditions. When applied in multiple layers (at least 5 recommended), it achieves a dry film thickness (DFT) of 1–1.5mm, capable of absorbing movement up to 1mm.

This eco-friendly, water-based coating is UV-stable, weather-resistant, and resistant to acids and chlorine. It bonds seamlessly to existing torch-on systems and other jointed surfaces when used with SealPro’s preparation products and binders.
