SealPro HyperFlex is a high-performance, two-component polymer-modified cementitious coating reinforced with fibres, designed to prevent cracks, dampness, and water ingress on concrete and masonry surfaces. This flexible, waterproof slurry forms a seamless membrane that bridges hairline cracks and resists hydrostatic pressure, making it ideal for damp-proofing basements, retaining walls, and exterior building walls.

HyperFlex is mixed on-site using a slow-speed drill and paddle, creating a smooth emulsion that can be applied by brush. Once cured, it forms a durable, flexible coating that is waterproof and ready for painting.
